i wish these firms would clarify either yes or no.its a dilemma whether to buy or not .i have took a chance on it with Pek with no bad results.but it would be better if these firms came of the fence.

It’s probably all down to cost, so not likely to happen any time soon.
Perhaps find an alternative of you’re worried about taking a chance?
When it says "may contain" it means gluten is present somewhere in the production line. As gluten isn't used as an ingredient in the actual product, they won't list it as an ingredient, but there is a high risk of cross contamination. I liken it to chips from the chip shop - they don't contain gluten, but they are cooked in the same oil, and would therefore be labelled "may contain".
