Personally i would say that the biopsy is more reliable as it has actually measured the extent of the damage in your stomach. You should receive a letter from your consultant telling you wether you do have coeliac
If the biopsy was positive then you definitely have Coeliac Disease. The bloods can be border line at best hence the reason for a biopsy, which is the ultimate way to get a positive diagnosis x
Personally I would observe an immediate well balanced diet completely avoiding gluten and similar proteins from the grass family. I would also read up in order to avoid auto immune disease and consequences. Many products have gluten etc in them.
That will be Celiac. Lots of people get the negative blood test sadly. It can be wildly inaccurate
Gluten protein (wheat, barley and rye grains, including breads, beers and some wine) and casein protein (dairy, including butter, cheese, yogurt and whey protein) need to be avoided.
Try to set a diet for a week at a time to figure out what works and allows the luver and bile to clean out.
