Hi,
The most obvious question is why do you want to know (i.e. what do you need the ideas for)? I don't mean to be at all rude but you have put very little information for us to go on to enable us all to help you.
For those still eating gluten, a gluten free diet definitely should not be attempted before seeking out medical advice to rule out conditions such as Coeliac Disease.
A gluten free diet is not to be undertaken lightly, because done wrongly it can cause health issues.
