I have recently had a supplement that contained “ silicon dioxide” and the reactions were what you would expect if you were glutened. The worst and hardest thing to do is find out what has caused your symptoms!

What were the other ingredients, any E150, E472, or Yeast extract ? They get me every time

I too have found I cannot tolerate silicon dioxide in supplements or my one medication. Silicon dioxide is sometimes also called hydrated silica.
