Migraine and excessive foul smelling wind for 3 days now. Usually goes on for 3 weeks and starts about 24 hours after exposure. Feel terrible. Any tips to ease/ shorten this horrible experience?

I find eating cooked rice (any flavor) as long as it is free of butter / cream or and dairy helps push things along. I have a casein protein issue as well as the gluten intolerance.

Also, acidic drinks (oj, diluted apple cider vinegar) helps my stomach recover and my gut to solidify things.

Gluten, I feel, temporarily paralyzes my gut so things do not move or progress.

For me, the brain fog continues until I have a bowel movement.

Buscopan should help ease the symptoms and give you some relief xx

I have exactly the same symptoms as everyone. I drink lemonade or ginger beer and ready salted crisps. This is easy on my stomach and replaces sugar and salt loss. My intestines get paralysed and doesn't start working properly for nearly a month.
