Try the "little and often" approach as opposed to eating full meals? So spread whatever you normally have for each meal over two to three smaller meals. (Don't eat more in total, just eat more regularly.) This can help reduce the size of your stomach, make you less hungry and might settle your tummy down.

Exercise might also help? Certainly has for me!

Perhaps it might help you to have a look into improving your gut bacteria? Have a look at pre-biotic and pro-biotic foods or supplements.

Keep ready made gf foods to a minimum, as the additives can often cause bloating problems. Artificial sweeteners can also cause problems.

Hey there, I've been gluten free for only a few weeks, and I do seem to be bloating a lot less. Although other factors help me to stop it such as; the amount of water I drink (lots is better) the types of non gluten foods (e.g., meat is more filling, veggies and fish seem easier to take in) and being a lady, time of the month can sometimes cause a bit of bloating.

Hope this helps x
