Cross contamination problem is one thing I think im finding really difficult I think..how does everyone cope!I don't think I have had any cross contamination that I can think of
Cross contamination is so easy, i do not eat out anymore as you are putting your trust in a stranger regardless if the meal itself is gluten free,, at home i have seperate utensils, baking tray for my food, seperate butter container, and seperate worktop for my food prep-we have to be so careful and literally a pain in the neck basically😕 to stay well.
Maybe its a gluten free bread you are eating that contains maltodextrin or sone type of gum, xheck the labelling and see if you feel better without bread? You may need to eliminate certain foods to find the xulprit and make sure you are not eating gluten in any foods.😊
