Yummy recipe

We are all gluten free in our house. I am intolerant to wheat, our son has coeliac disease and my hubbies body doesn't like gluten, corn or rice.

We use Pinterest for recipes that are grain free. My hubbie found this last week and I made it tonight and it was so good!

I just used Asda ground almonds, coconut flour from Holland and Barrett. I got the onion and garlic powders from Asda and fried in olive oil as our son is not keen on the taste of coconut oil. It was so good, we all loved it and our boy had seconds!

Thought I would share

Oh I must try that! So simple. I would like to try such a diet to see if it suits me. The best place is Pinterest ? Thank you.

Pinterest is a great resource and all free.

The coconut flour can be pricey but don't let that put you off Cathy as most recipes call for small amounts.

I also made this cake which was delicious;

I will be making it again soon.

I will try it. I actually sometimes make my own coconut milk which is good but the left over pulp can be used as coconut flour apparently.

That looks really good. Would be good on fish or courgette chips too!

Thanks for sharing :)
