Vertigo

Skipped and had a scrumptious piece of cake but this morning I suffered and had bad vertigo! Has Anyone else experienced this reaction? Bloating also but my eyes were swollen too!

Yes one of my most obvious symptoms was really bad dizziness, I would have to lie down after eating gluteny foods when I was doing a gluten challenge and the room would be spinning!

What helped the vertigo did u drink. A lot of water to flush out or rest or?

Nothing helped, I just used to lie down. It resolved within a day or two of cutting out gluten. I'm still getting some mild dizziness if I don't eat often and I'm still anaemic, but it's different from the spinning dizziness I was getting after meals. I'm hoping that'll stop when my gut heals and I get my iron levels up.
