Hi does anyone have symptoms when drinking Costa coffee......i have had two upsets and can only link it to this. I had a straight Americano. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks.

Coffee
When I travel, that is what I usually drink. Americano Black, no sugar. No milk. I do not have issues. I find Costa pretty reliable.
Could you have had some contamination with and sort of dairy in the way it was prepared? I think it is usually a pot of drip coffee on the side and not made by the barista.
I have a problem with Costa coffee too. I try to avoid the place but if I'm meeting a friend and it's the most convenient place, stick to black tea.
No, I'm always absolutely fine with Costa coffee, in fact I find it the most reliable coffee shop to stop at, the coffee is always the same and never tastes nasty, next after Costa I would go to Nero, unless I know of a good independent shop. I always drink americano decaf, no milk, no sugar.
I always laugh because if my husband is with me and I order a black Americano decaf and a latte or cappuccino they always try to give me the milky coffee. Why shouldn't a woman drink sugar free black decaf?
It might be lactose or soya intolerance. I can,t drink those types of beverages because a lot of the time they contain what is mentioned above, they go hand in hand with my gluten intolerance.
