My ttg blood tetst results show as being AU/ML 75.80.
My previous blood test before this one was done in a different country and using different labs. The doctor who took this original test said: We use tissue transglutaminase Ig a level and yours was 6,9.
Is there a way to compare these results?

It probably will be difficult. Even between hospitals in the same country the ranges for normal can vary somewhat.
I have had TtG tests from two of my local hospitals and they use different labs! So a normal result from the one is 0-10 and from the other is 0-20. It makes comparisons tricky. Best to ask a doctor...?
Best to start over then. It's a shame and probably frustrating for you, but I don't think you have that much choice.
Was the last result 69 or 6.9? The first is likely to mean that you may have Coeliac Disease, but the second would be much more likely to mean that you tested negative.
