Gluten free dumpling

Has any one got a easy gluten free dumpling recipe please.

dovesfarm.co.uk/recipes/her... I used this Doves Farm dumpling recipe this week and made four huge fluffy dumplings. My husband said they were the best I'd made for years! I left them cooking for 40 minutes to be sure. The gluten free suet I bought online from Holland and Barrett and the gluten free flour and baking powder were doves farm. Hope this helps.

Hi there, I make dumplings and these are lactose free, if you are not lactose free then using butter is fine. I used to make my own flour mix so instead you could just use Doves farm plain flour and add the baking powder or use their self raising gf flour and add one teaspoon of baking powder:

I use Doves farm SR flour say 6oz to 3oz soft margarine with fork add water to right consistency . Do not roll into balls, scoop portions from mix pop into pot ,lid on about 25 mins .
