Hi guys..I need some directions here..I want to try some detox but i don't know what to use for that. The only very good combination that I could find it is from Patrick Holford but unfortunately is not GF. Does anyone knows another good product for detox and keeping a good flora ? Thanks

To maintain good flora you could take a probiotic.

As for "detox", there's no such thing medically. Plenty of literature on the subject if you want to look it up, but the general gist is don't bother.

Detox is a myth perpetuated by the peddlers of "remedies".

I agree with DartmoorGuerrilla. Your body 'detoxes' all the time. If you want to help it along drink some water and have an early night.

I had replied yesterday but my account had problems. I do this program and it is great! If you'd like to give it a go let me know!
