Hi Peekaboo66,

Welcome to the Gluten Free Gorillas.

Do you mind me asking what you have been newly diagnosed with?

I ask because there are quite a few different types of gluten sensitivity.

R.B. x

Hi there, well you've done the right thing in joining us and you must have mixed emotions like being glad that you know what's wrong with you but also feeling lost and bewildered at the prospect of being gluten free for the rest of your life.

So my advice is to take things one day/step at a time and try to look at all the foods that you can eat that are naturally gluten free and soon it will be second nature.

Any questions or queries then you just ask away,

Jerry
