DVLA have revoked my driving licence because they say I did not attend an appointment with Specsavers within their timeframe. In the letter it says that I need to reapply for my licence.
I have written to them because I believe they have been unfair and I have evidence to support this.
Do I need to reapply for my licence regardless of what they say in their reply? It is really very unclear.

UPDATE: I emailed DVLA last night and have this morning heard back from them that they made a mistake and the revocation has been lifted. They put this down to Specsavers giving them wrong information. After all I have read on SM, I am impressed that they replied so quickly, although I don’t think the mistake was down to Specsavers so much as the Group 1 sight test system in general which seems to run in entirely on computers.
