yes, it may get better. Mine is still slightly droopy after 6 months.

Hello,
This can happen after ocular surgery but eventually returns back to how it was before. Recovery time can differ from one person to the next.
I had a droopy eyelid after cataract surgery caused by clipping up the eyelid which very soon returned to normal.
My operation was in 2012 the eyelid was droopy and swollen for a few weeks.
