I know that glaucoma makes our eyes sensitive, and I do use lubricating eye drops SO many times during the day, but I still find that my eyes - especially inner eye, and around the base of the lids - gets really itchy. And of course we can't scratch our eyes. So does anybody else find this, and if so, can you offer any miracle solutions?!

Itchy eyes
This might be blepharitis. Eyelid hygiene is very important to keep your eyes comfortable if you have this condition I would check with your optician and get their advice ( no need to wait to see your hospital clinician for this.) I use blephaclean wipes morning and evening to clean around the base of the lashes and do a hot compress once in the evening with very gentle lid massage to express the oils.
Thanks Longwalks but I do that already, ie cotton compresses dipped in cooled boiling water to which I have added a tiny drop of baby shampoo, as per recommendation, first thing every day. I will do that in the evening too though! However I think it's the actual drops that are the irritant (Tiopex, preservative free) and I can't change those.
