about two months ago I noticed a small pimple on my right rib which was getting a round shape as the days were passing. Visited my GP two weeks ago and since then I am using Daktacort twice a day.
The left image is from today, still the same redness and shape - no itchiness though. It's been two weeks under treatment.
A couple of days ago I noticed another mark on my other rib (right pic).
The GP suggested it is a ringworm but what's your opinion? I'm a bit worried as it doesn't seem to get any better but instead spreading?
Many thanks,

It is always impossible to give a clear diagnosis from a photograph. If you are still concerned see your doctor again as they can conduct further tests (eg skin scrapings) to positively identify ringworm and give you different creams to treat it.
demy it will take at least 2 months before you see a change. Keep up with the daktacort twice a day until the marks have completely gone. Put it on the outside of the larger one working inwards. It does look like ringworm. It spreads easily once in the home so here's some advice. Detox sell sprays on amazon which kill the fungi so you can treat areas in the home.
Washing at low temps doesn't remove the fungi so adding a laundry treatment can help.. 'Halo' washing liquid contains no bleaching agents, it's cheap at sainsbury's also available from Amazon. It contains an antifungal & antibacterial agent especially for sportswear but can be used on all washes. Only a small amount is needed so it works out a good price too.
I had black flakes on all my washing until I started using this. Now my tinea versicolor is almost gone & it's cleaned the mould from my machine & white towels. I'm delighted with the product.
