Just joined the conversation. I was diagnosed with abpa May2017. Actually started September2016 but no Dr smart enough to catch it until pulmonologist. Been doing nebulizer with perforamist and a steroid in evening. Symbicor puffer morning. 300mg gabapentin 3 times daily and 10mg prednisone daily. Plus D3, vitamins etc. Still not a lot of relief. My IEG SERUM level is 1870 mormal is 0 to100. Any tips?

IgE levels such as you describe are typical of someone with ABPA. Treatment is to manage it with oral corticosteroids and antifungal medication. aspergillus.org.uk/content/...
