Healthunlocked have introduced the concept of self assessment to what they offer all members. If you look at your profile you now have an option called 'your needs' which leads to a short series of questions. The idea is that you will fill this in regularly and then be able to follow your own changes in needs - this seems to be partly about detecting anxiety and depression but also other problems.
