A Good "natural" nights sleep.

Good Morning All, Pinch and a Punch for the first of the month.

Pleased to report after taking the "Sleep Aid " tablets bought from "Savers" for 2 nights I gave them a miss last night and had a good night. Woke once but straight back off and then awake at my normal time of 5.45. Years of getting into work half an hour early at 7.30 has left me with this "habit". Used to be so good to get that half an hour to do my work before everyone started phoning in and dropping in with their queries.

Hope you all have a lovely restful Sunday.

Love and hugs

Sian
