It is difficult to comment without your clinical notes so naturally these are questions you should ask your doctor to answer.
All I can say is that the first test suggests you have no Aspergillus infection, but the results are not 100% accurate and have to be taken in context with other clinical signs, and the second shows that your body has reacted to Aspergillus it has come into contact with - this could be from spores you are breathing in as we all breath such spores in every day! In short they are helpful tests but not conclusive tests.
