Does any body have a bug in there stool

I at to have a stool test and it came back as I have a bug in my poo I get a foul taste in my mouth after lying down and sometimes in the day it's making me feel sick. I've been on oral suspension but it's come back again I also have a continual pain in my back wich rotates up and down in the right side of my back my throat feels dry and sticky and feels like I'm swollowing over phlem all the time can any body help please
