New tingly numbness in left arm and leg

I worked out yesterday and noticed my left arm down to my leg neck and up side of head started tingling and almost felt like goosebumps it lasted awhile after i finished my workout. Today i feel dizzy my neck hurts my left arm still has a tight numb feeling as well as my leg im still walking and using my arm although it doesnt feel the same as my right. I made an appointment with my neurologist. They are getting me in 3 weeks from now. Im wondering if its stemming from my neck or something else entirely.

I responded to a similar post of yours 20 days ago. Did you obtain actual copies of your results you were told were fine ? They may be in range but it is where you are in range that is so important. Have another read ... 😊 Same applies to your son - B12 - Folate - Ferritin need ti be tested. A CBC does not give that detail.

I see a neurologist in a few weeks and hopefully he will let me know what is going on. My last dr told me my blood work was fine but i looked it up and he didn't test for anything other than CBC and when i mentioned b12 he told me if my cbc was abnormal he would have done further testing because it would have showed something abnormal. He does the bare minimum with me. Ive been having ongoing problems for over a year and he rather prescribe me pain or anxiety meds than try to figure out the root of the issues.

B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD are not included in the CBC. NHS cutting back everywhere. Are you able to go for Private Home Testing with Medichecks or Blue Horizon ...
