Hi I have PN and I also have leg weakness as in difficulty climbing stairs and getting up from the floor anyone else have the same?

I have MS so yes I suffer both, I take high dose Biotin 100MG 3 times a day for my energy levels, and to help strength myself. I also have a vibration plate to help relax the muscles in my body. Hope this helps.

Yes struggling to climb stairs can only walk 100 , yards with two sticks. Rely on mobility scooter for independence
