I was diagnosed with Neouropathy over 85% of of my body. The numbness was bad enough but the neuropathic pain was unbelievable. The pain had now interupted my life. No driving, hard to walk. I felt like I was on a slippery slope and didn't know when it was going to STOP!!!!!!!!!!, It was suggested to try the CBD Oil, I did and with two day the pain was going away, now Gone..Now I have no pain BUT am left with the numbness and it is progressively getting worse......Once again--I HAVE NO PAIN.....just wobble a lot... any suggestions on trying to steady when self when constantly feel like I'm falling over.

Do you know your B12 level ?
My B12 was very low 6 months ago. After 3 months of B12 supplements, my B12 was in the high normal range. I have a deficiency in vitamin D, we've been working on that for almost 6 months and might have to go to injections. So I do understand the relationship between B12 neuropathy and neuropathic pain. Thank you so much for asking.
Testing whilst supplementing B12 is not a good idea as your result will be skewed. Only 20% of your blood test result is available to reach the cells where it is needed. Which B12 were you taking and how much ? I inject B12 weekly and also take a GOOD B Complex to keep all the B's in balance.
How much VitD are you taking ? GP's often prescribe too little to make a difference ? Are you also taking Magnesium and VitK2-MK7 ? VitD needs to be at least 100 if you are in the UK. I live in Greece and still have to supplement.
Do you have gut issues ? - which may be causing poor absorption of nutrients ? Have you been tested for Hashimotos ?
I now use a walker for balance. Last year l fell about 80 times. I am 70 & l was constantly fighting my age ... climbing ladders, trimming trees, digging in garden, etc. Fell off ladder, fell with my saw while trimming trees, put a foot on the shovel and fell over... well now l try to behave... but it is not much fun.
I fall less now but balance is still a major issue...
Numbness keeps me from knowing where my left foot is...
l am constantly checking ... before l stand and when l take a step.
