Anxiety with fibromyalgia

I have been under a great deal of stress with my husband having a stroke, but I an find ing that my axiety is getting worse with air hunger and my fibromyslgia is really painful constantly. I am seeing a Psychologist but it is not helping at the moment as she keeps telling my to relax which I finding impossible, my husband is in hospital and I have to visit every other day, which is draining all my energy, feel really depressed , and taking Zopiclone and lorazepam, can anyone help

Not sure what the drugs are for that you are taking. However LOW Iron is connected to air-hunger. Maybe ask for tests for Iron - B12 - Ferritin - Folate - VitD... All need to be at the top of their ranges and not JUST in range. Ask for copies to keep for your own records.....it is your right to have them.
