So sorry , I am not that tech savvy, so have changed the link to one that just goes to the site where the guide is located. There is much more there that is trauma related ..

The mineral depletion article can be found under the 'more' tab, and then 'articles'.

Thanks for the link to more info. I read the vitamin thing and for the most part I am already doing what it says. I just need to focus more on potassium I think.
