My son experienced his vision turning upside down briefly then correcting itself and hallucinations (which he described in detail). Luckily he wasn't too freaked out by it.
Has anyone else experienced this, new one on me.
Update 17/9:
Still experiencing symptoms, had GP appt (whose examination was thorough) and although nothing found, he spoke direct to Hospital and my son has been referred to see a Consultant at the Hospital this Thurs.

Thanks. Yes it was and I have been trying to find answers/connections. He has just been dx with UTI but no usual UTI symptoms and prescribed anti-biotics but no real connection with vision issues and head pain that I can see for this pathogen. Delirium is common in older patients with UTI but think I read it was connected to a different Pathogen/bacteria.
I have requested detailed notes of our visits to check which strain as some antibiotics are resistant. The medication is for a simplex UTI but for peace of mind need to double check.
We were enjoying time out, guess you could call it yet another period of remission now.
Upside vision lasted nearly an hour this morning and dizziness episodes also longer, its scan day today and I was that close to a 111 call/A&E visit. Just checking in on him regularly and keeping myself busy until appointment.
Upside down vision episodes stopped at the moment but still headache and hallucinations part the day.
Further adjustments made to timetable that seem to be helping and he is able walk back from school, even had a personal email from school for his improved attendance.
