Update to the UK neurosymptoms site that covers FND

Hi All and I hope everyone is as well as possible :)

I'm not on twitter but a contact of mine (who was misdiagnosed with FND) is and was kind enough to let me know that, apparently, the neurosymptoms site is due for an update/upgrade. Hon Prof Stone is asking for suggestions for improvements in this survey:

docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...

He says it takes a minute to complete but I found it took much longer, given that I had quite a few suggestions. Have to say I'd have more confidence in an independent survey but hey, it's a start.
