hi all,

have heard that we should all be taking vitamin d and c, as covid patients are short of this, seems i am the last to know as cant get vitamin d anywhere.

If you are based in the U.K. then chemistdirect.co.uk has a healthy supply and there is no question about whether they are genuine. Saying this though you should talk to your doc before starting this because you can take too much which causes damage to your system. Your doc may test you and if you’re deficient they will prescribe a weeks worth of very high dose tablets. Your body stores Vitamin D so bear that in mind. It builds up which is why you shouldn’t take too much. The doc will also advise the correct dose for you. Hope that helps.
