Patches of Goosebumps on my arms

Hi everyone!

I’ve only ever seen two posts on the internet about this and one of them was from this one. So since March, I’ve been getting kind of like shivers or tingles on my left arm and when I look down, I see patches of goosebumps. I’m not cold, I’m not having proper shivers, they just kind of happen.

I spoke to my doctor about it and all she did was laugh and say it was cool because she had never seen it before.. she said she could search it but didn’t seem concerned at all.

Now the goosebumps have moved over to my right arm. I’ll get the tingle, and then the goosebumps will come and go every few seconds for about a minute or two. It can happen at any time, sometimes all day and sometimes none at all.

It’s not really bothering me, but it does cause me some anxiety and discomfort when I get it because I’m just so confused at what it may be.

I had what I call severe goosebumps on my thighs (bilateral) for about 4 months this year. Now suddenly I don’t. No one seemed interested in hearing about them. And, no, it wasn’t dry skin. At times I felt that they might burst.
