Exhausted again beyond words unable to keep my body still driving my nuts .in bed to try & keep myself still > not working today though .

Any ideas ?

Ugh - that sounds all too familiar to me. I don't have 'fnd' but I do have a motion sensation condition that can make me feel like that. Have you talked to anyone about vestibular migraine, which can cause a feeling of never being still ? I get leg twitches too which can be really annoying although I find that if I can exercise enough I don't get them so much.
