Well I feel better about things a few weeks on from my last post, the therapy is going better now we are concentrating on the future. Understanding how my messed up past influenced me eventually becoming ill. I was successfully running my own engineering firm of 12 years when I took ill. Life was so good and didn't accept fnd diagnosis at first believing it was bollocks I had overcome everything to succeed so why?..After alot of talking during therapy and giving the formula a try I have turned a corner and the future is looking good as I see room for improvement everyday one step at a time.
