TERMINOLOGY SURVEY

FND Hope International is conducting a survey of the terminology used for seizures (also called psychogenic or dissociative seizures or nonepileptic attacks, episodes, events) associated with Functional Neurological Disorder.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes.

Thank you

(As an organization we do not agree with some of these terms but they have been included to get your feedback.) (FND).
