hi

i really need advice and help.

i have. sligtt parkinsons. tho don know the dopamone percent...

also fnd..the stiffness getting worse...especially feet and legs...toes.

can barely. walk..

also got vascular probs with legs

Hi

If you have a parkinson's diagnosis I would have thought medication should allieviate the stiffness quickly after taking it. If not perhaps you should discuss some alterations to your medication with your doctor.

If you also have fnd, and that's causing your stiffness. a warm bath or a massage may provide relief.
