My fiance has fnd and has almost every symptom of it. We are at a long distance from each other so it's hard to console her the way I would like to. But I would love for any suggestions on how to help her cope and what are the best things that I can do for her. Thank you.

I agree with threewhitewesties, just be there for her when she needs even if it isn’t in person. One thing I was told which stayed with me through my bad times was that I had to learn to grieve my old life. This can be the hardest thing, and I still struggle with it after my worst symptoms 6 months ago. Keep a diary if possible so that she can look back and see on the good days how far she has come. My husband often reminds me when I’m having a “pity” day that last September I was paralysed and could hardly speak.. I had to learn how to catch a ball. I am lucky and back at work and driving again so the diary helps put things into perspective
Hope this helps
