Shaking and stuttering

Hiya all I’m new I have fibromyalgia and today I started shaking and stuttering for about 3 hours. It’s got better for a bit I’m so scared.

Hi Bethan88,i hope that you are feeling okay now. Is the shaking in one part of your body in particular,or your whole body?

As for the stutter,i understand that this can be concerning,but the more you worry,the worse it can become. I have a constant stutter myself,but in my experience,it is more prominent when i am tired,stressed or anxious. Did anything happen before hand that may have triggered these sensations?
