Good morning everyone I hope you are all doing well or as well as you can be at this time. Today the weather is cool and yessssss I'm feeling good no surprise as the heat knocks me out for a sixer. I will say again don't let FND stop you from living I know yes it is hard and exhausting and at times so confusing to understand and yes we all say why me, but we all need to power on and just except our new us and we all have to learn to live life in a different way to how we normally would but we are still alive we are still who we were before we got sick. You are all amazing and exstreamly strong and courageous. I pray that we all will get the right answers one day as to how or why we have this condition, but untill then I will solder on and I WILL NOT let FND define me , I'm still the same me I was before just impaired now and I'm ok with that .
