Concentration

I have a paper to write for school. Sitting still is so hard these day. And reading for prolonged periods of times is not much better. This is a research paper so there is a lot of reading and a lot of sitting. I'm not classified as disabled so I don't have adaptive equipment to use but does anyone have any suggestions of a program I can use to have text read to me. Some websites have a button to push to hear the text but most don't Any advice.

On the bright side on occasion I use voice to text to write my paper. I love this feature. it isn't perfect, but I can voice my paper while I pace or get up and stretch.
