slowing down movements with focus

These pictures I am sharing are done with color pencil on black paper. I have found that by taking the time to sit and focus, I am able to calm the movements enough to create something I love while getting a break from jerking etc.. Its not 100% fail proof, but so close.

Have a great Day.. And Hugs to All.. We can beat this!

Hi Cheryl,

What a beautiful piece of artistic nature you have created.

You are an inspiration to everyone and my wife Kim loves horses and has said how beautiful it is.

Like you Cheryl, Kim's hand can tremor when writing but when she slows it down, it helps a lot and she does some beautiful cards for me.

You should be so proud of yourself because I'm sure that everyone on here is and what you've achieved.

Thank you for sharing your gift.

Tony & Kim xx

Thank you so much Cheryl as that is so kind of you.

I'm not sure if you live in the UK but if you wish to have our address, that would be so nice of you and we'll enclose a donation for your kindness.

We love nature and wildlife and that Squirrel picture is a gorgeous drawing.

We have them climbing down our bedroom window to feed off the bird seed feeders we have attached to the window.

Such a wonderful gift you have Cheryl.

Thank you again.

Tony & Kim 😊😊 xx
