Local to me

Hi All I have fibro,fnd, anxiety and depression I have not been out much in the last 3 years and now don,t drive which makes it harder. I live near morrisons in Evesham and if there are any members local to me that would like to meet up let me know thanks Richard.

Hi Richard, How you doing? I also have Fibro, was diagnosed 5 years ago then 2 years ago with FND. Can fully understand how you feel with depression and Anxiety as ive suffered with this for 27 years, so it can really take over your life if you allow it. Luckily ive got past that stage now, where ive not allowed it to control me anymore and im able to live alone side my depression and work through my Anxious moments. Its been extremely hard work i wont lie, and its been a very long road, and im still learning now. Ive just finished CBT which has helped alot and im putting what ive learnt into practise . I hope you too can get the help you need to be able to get out of the house, and start living again, and not let it have a hold on you.... I hope you can find some peace as i know its lonely.
