Does anyone suffer from fatigue with fnd
Hi Catherine. I would suggest having your vitamin B12 level checked, if not already done, as this seems to be an issue with a few of us with FND and many suffering neurological symptoms, fatigue being one of many.
It is a simple blood test, but should be interpreted along with a couple of others, such as Ferritin and Folate levels. I'm sure your GP will be able to advise. Levels are normally accepted as 200-900 BUT many suffer symptoms even within this range, at the lower end so if you do get a reading below 350 it could still be worth asking to have loading doses just to see if they make a difference as you cannot suffer ill effects from having too much. You might also wish to join the FND Facebook group via the Homepage at FNDHope.org
Wishing you luck and finding plenty of "Spoons" for your energy levels.
I also get very fatigued, even though I sleep during the night my husband has stated that I'm constantly having tremors or moaning in pain. I sometimes wake up and my hand feels like I've got really bad hot aches, cannot feel my hand. I woke up this morning and my right arm felt as though it had been twisted around quite a few times and I felt really rough today.
yes fatigue is a problem for me, and my muscles tire and become achy very quickly along with all the neurological fizzing etc
