Muscle Pain after Cathater withdrawal

On Thursday 23rd July I was admitted to hospital with Cathater bypass issues, to cut a long story short they opted for a unplanned withdrawal after having this for 6 months since bladder surgery in December 2015, they kept me in hospital overnight to make sure it worked. So far so good, the urine is flowing well but I am experiencing really bad muscle trauma each time I pass water, any suggestions?

On Thursday June 30th the Cathater had to be put back, the pain was excruciating as I was not able to pass enough urine. I will now have to wait until the current Chemotherapy treatment ends early August. Has anyone a similar experience?
