We can test radiosensitivy and that'll give us three items of info.
1. Does it appear that radiotherapy will work well (provided we are relying on ADT or PARPi or chemo to induce DNA DSBs, create a state of BRCAness, and radiosensitize tumors)
2. We can also test sometimes good and sometimes sketchy theories about common supplements or drugs.
3. If our RO is good, they'll be aware of radiosensitization and how it varies per person. We can explain what we tested and the results. Then, they will hopefully adjust the dose used.
The indicators can be complex and involve DNA focal breaks, genes, and immunological factors. Fortunately, we can also get good accuracy using simple blood parameters (neutrophils, lymphocytes, Hs-CRP).
