Well, most of this stuff has been around for awhile. Beyond Warburg, I get lost is the weeds. However, it seems to me that this puts the kabash on the so called ketogenic diet; a good statin would be useful; as well as pushing away from the dinning table before full and stretching the time between first and last meals of the day. Unfortunately, do to shoulder injuries I am not able to do as much weight resistance as I would like to, but I do aerobics and qigong daily.
