Early but promising: Ok, let's talk about mRNA vaccines

Some company (ok I try to avoid company names here, but it feels unnatural!) has successfully tested its Smart mRNA technology, a new approach to cancer treatment.

The technology uses nanoparticles to find and attach to cancer cells. Once attached, it releases mRNA that tricks the cancer cells into looking like viruses, such as measles. This makes the immune system recognize and attack them while its highly selective activation leaves healthy cells unharmed.

The method could work for many types of cancer, reduce side effects, and improve treatment effectiveness. The company is now preparing for further in vivo studies, bringing hope for safer and more powerful cancer therapies in the future.

NOTE: the part that is impressive in my opinion (and not reported by the article) is that this company, which partnered with UCLA, was started in 2021, and through mRNA and CRISPR technologies (and, of course, AI) is already making some good noise!

mrna has alot of troubles. But i hope it works.

Mrna has been in testing with animals for years and they always had results with very high percentage of problems. They only rolled it out in humans under the supposed emergency conditions.

But, if you have cancer, there is no greater real (not fake) emergency. So maybe if it can cure, but you get these other conditions, it may be a positive gamble
