Salutations FPC members,

Utilizing a new AI for determining best treatment in multiple cancers. A second generation AI developed known as DrugCell, matches tumor to best drug combo. Researchers have entered 1200 cancer cell lines into DrugCell and it continues to expand...The role of AI is increasing in medicine with AI guided evaluation of biopsy, diagnosis, and treatment.

Scientists examine the role of micro RNA-21 and it's role in tumorigenesis and the possibility of targeting that epigenetic area for treatment. MicorRNA-21 (miR-21) is involved in the creation, progression, metastasis of cancerous tumors, and it is involved in cell survival. The hunt for additional treatment targets continues...

Like all medical devices and new procedures, I would imagine a 2 year approval process for the process to take the Th17 cells and grow them with infusion of IL-6... These are not new items, but the process is and that falls under the medical device law, not the 3 phase testing of new medications... the government needs an Operation Warp Speed for prostate cancer...

There are new processes towards capturing CTC's similar to dialysis but different......these are under the medical device rule as I understand....testing still needs done to r/o anaphylactic reactions and other SE's from introducing the device as well as verifying efficacy....The testing is not as rigorous as the 3 phase process of medications, but still done to insure safety and therapeutics...
