This is a very comprehensive review of the research literature on Zinc and Prostate Cancer. It provides solid evidence that maintaining adequate zinc levels through diet or supplementation (or both) is good advice for every PCa patient. As is usual in such studies, extensive links to specific research used in the paper are provided at the end.

From the research paper Introduction:

"The aim of this review is to summarize the evidence in the most recent literature with a focus on the levels, biological activities and relevant compounds of zinc in PCa. Moreover, this review also deliberates about the potential of clinical applications to target zinc signaling in PCa therapies."
