Biopsy Second Opinion recommended by Malecare

It might seem a good idea on the surface to get a second opinion, but it needs a lot more detail than this brief video gives. WHY, get a second opinion? Is it because you suspect a false negative, I.e. the 1st opinion says there's no cancer, when there is._ worrying. OR you suspect a false positive, I.e. the 1st opinion says there's cancer when there isn't. _ scary!
I don't know the statistics but I imagine false positives are less common than false negatives, so if the biopsy is positive then it's quite likely it's correct.
OR is it to double check the Gleason score. Which is probably a better reason for a 2nd opinion. However I can't imagine there's that much difference of opinion between pathologists on "the same slides" If the 2 opinions "of the same slides" differ, which one do you believe? In this case you might need a 3rd opinion, or lots of opinions. Would they take a vote on it.
The other thing of course is that the samples themselves are a factor. E.g. my G score from biopsy was 3 + 4, my G score based on post op histology report of the removed prostate was 4 + 3.
Additionally, I know someone whose biopsy was negative who insisted on another biopsy, which was positive. Should the 2nd opinion be based on a second biopsy? That doubles the risk of potentially life threatening infection _ sepsis.
Yes a second opinion simply, might be a good idea, but it's more complex than that, and should only be sought it here are other indications that call the 1st opinion flawed.
